Art Jegog is a musical instrument made of bamboo trees that formed a large-sized in such a way that can produce melodious sounds and rhythms are very beautiful. Art is an art Jegog typical of Jembrana Bali. Arts musical instrument made of bamboo was created in 1912 by Kiyang Geliduh an artist from the hamlet village Dangintukadaya. The word "Jegog" itself is taken from the name of an instrument Kebyar Gong Arts.
In art there is attraction of Jegog battle known as "Jegog Mebarung" that is staging the art of percussion Jegog to fight or the Balinese language called mebarung.Mebarung means fighting between two or even three Jegog , which in Bali is called the Jegog barung Dua(Two) or Jegog barung Tiga(Three). Jegog art shows are usually held on occasions such as celebration or other event in the village.
